Start with your leader

YOUR UNDERBOSS

For a single-type crew, choose an Underboss (UB) from a different squad type than your other four Enforcers. For example, a Hitmen crew should have a Biker or Bruiser Enforcer as its Underboss. Prefer Crew skills over Squad skills for that role.

Weapon setup

ONE CREW-BONUS WEAPON

The reference recommends giving your Underboss the only weapon in the crew with a Crew bonus, and giving the others Squad-bonus weapons. It states that Crew bonuses on weapons do not stack and suggests the SA80 for your Underboss.

BIKER RAIDS

Troops: 10 T3 Bruisers + 10 T3 Hitmen. Fill the rest with T4 Bikers.
Formation: Hitmen Square or Hitmen Wedge, depending on your preference.

HITMEN RAIDS

Underboss · Best choices: Red Thorn, El Santo

Enforcers · Best options: Brutus, Chupacabra, Papi
Enforcers · Other options: Huntress, Sparrow, Belladonna, Big Shot, Paulie

Formation: Bruiser Square or Bruiser Wedge.

BRUISER RAIDS

04 / Equal mix

333 MIXED RAIDS

An equal mix of the three troop types. The reference recommends an Underboss and Enforcers with Crew skills, preferably three Enforcers with those skills.

Enforcers · Other options: Medusa, Hellcat, Bubba, Fang, Ouka, Mickey, Papi, Brutus, Chupacabra, Nihilista, Sicario, The Count, Lucky 7, Professor
Troops: ⅓ Bruisers, ⅓ Hitmen, ⅓ Bikers. For each type, the notes suggest 10 T3 and the rest T4; the 10 T3 Bruisers are described as optional.
Formation: If you have reconned the target, choose the best counter. Without recon, the author suggests Bruiser Wedge, while noting that some players use a Hitmen formation.

T3 = Tier 3. T4 = Tier 4. The single-type troop recommendations have asterisks in the original pictures, but their footnote was not included.
